Essaouira

Day 1:
This day is your arrival at Marrakech. The driver will pick you up at the airport. There will be free time, an opening circle, a cacao ceremony at 19:00, and first dinner with the group at 20:00.

Day 2:
There will be a morning practice from 08:00 till 09:15. After breakfast, you will start your way to the Medina of Marrakech. A guided tour of the old town will take place, to see its famous places and sightseeing attractions. There will be lunch in a nice restaurant in the Medina. The driver will pick the team up and make their way to the High Atlas Mountain "Imlil". Afterwards, there will be Yin yoga and dinner.

Day 3:
There will be Vinyasa and breakfast. You will go for a little hike to see the beautiful waterfalls and drink tea together with locals in a typical Berber home. There will be a mountain hike for 4 hours and 30 minutes with a local guide and lunch together with the locals in a traditional Berber House. Afterwards, there will be Yin yoga and dinner.

Day 4:
The day will start with a morning Vinyasa flow. Afterbreakfast, the driver will pick you up to take the road to Essaouira. The city's winding streets are lined with white and blue buildings that offer a sense of calmness. The beach is the perfect place to unwind and soak in the sun. In addition to its laid-back atmosphere, Essaouira is also known for its spiritual energy. Enjoy your day here, shopping, last Souvenirs if needed, or relaxing on the beach. Afterwards, there will be Yin yoga and dinner together.
Day 4:
The day will start with a morning Vinyasa flow. Afterbreakfast, the driver will pick you up to take the road to Essaouira. The city's winding streets are lined with white and blue buildings that offer a sense of calmness. The beach is the perfect place to unwind and soak in the sun. In addition to its laid-back atmosphere, Essaouira is also known for its spiritual energy. Enjoy your day here, shopping, last Souvenirs if needed, or relaxing on the beach. Afterwards, there will be Yin yoga and dinner together.

Day 5:
The day will start with a morning yoga! After breakfast, you will have a bit time in Essaouira. The driver will pick you up, Nella-Yoga will drive back to their location in Marrakech. Then, there will be Yin yoga. In the late afternoon, you will visit the Medina and have a last dinner together in a traditional local market by Jemaa El Fna or in a restaurant.

Day 6:
The day will start with a morning practice and breakfast. Here, the retreat ends and the driver will bring you right in time to the airport of Marrakech.

There can always be changes to the daily schedule. Since the activity depend on the weather and season!
