A journey into movement, breath & connection. 🌱
This retreat is an invitation to land – in your body, in your breath and in a place full of stories. We’ll spend six nights together between the vibrant textures of Marrakech and the earthy calm of the Agafay desert, practicing yoga, sharing meals, resting and reconnecting. Rooted Rhythms is for anyone who wants to move with more awareness, listen more deeply and feel a sense of connection: to self, to others and to the land we’re in.
We’ll explore the beauty of Moroccan culture: walking through the medina, drinking mint tea in the garden, watching the sun melt into the desert stones. In Agafay, we’ll connect with Amazigh traditions: through food, music, connection and some time around the fire and under the stars.
This retreat isn’t about escaping your life – it’s about meeting yourself more fully within it.
Yoga Styles: Grounded Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga combined with intuitive movement and Restorative postures, Breath-based awareness and Chakra Meditation.
Skill Level: Open to all levels. Modifications, options and space to move in your own rhythm are always offered.

Tina is an Austrian Yoga instructor who teaches in Salzburg and hosts workshops and retreats in Austria, Ibiza, Morocco and Italy. With her profound knowledge on the anatomical body and functions of our brain, combined with the Indian philosophical and spiritual guidance, her teaching goes deep into your muscles and mind and help you find your own yogic path. Taught by Indian teachers she teaches a traditional Yoga yet focused on the needs of today’s busy lives.
